Terms:

Our terms are net 30 days upon credit approval. To apply for credit, please download (see our
Downloads Page) our standard credit application,
fill out and submit the application with 3 trade references at least 7 days prior to
placing your order with us.

Purchase Orders:
|
We only process jobs after credit arrangements have been made and a purchase order has been
received with complete order information, credit terms and freight terms addressed.
|
|
Shipping Tolerances:
|
10% over or under quantity shipments are considered standard in the industry unless quoted
or specified differently on the purchase order.
|
|
Lead Times:
|
2-3 weeks depending on the size of the job and amount of work to be done. We will always
try to work within your time frame.

|

Digital Files:

We accept drawings in any of the following formats (this list is general, not all inclusive):
- DXF
- DWG
- SKF
- PDF
- GIF
- JPG
- BMP
- PNG
NOTE: Drawings submitted in DXF or DWG must also provide the standard unit of measure
or conversion factor they were created in. Failure to do so may result in an incorrectly
scaled drawing.
In addition to those stated above, we also accept other documents (like purchase orders and inquiries)
in the following formats:

Freight:
|
F.O.B. our factory in West Deptford, NJ. We ship UPS for all shipments too small for
palletization. We palletize and shrink-wrap bulk packed cartons and ship common carrier
unless quoted otherwise.
