LAMATEK Eco-BlocksTM are a replacement for your conventional rubber or PVC setting blocks that are made from a proprietary post-consumer rubber blend specifically developed for this application. Only LAMATEK has the tested product that will meet your stringent application needs, save you money, and help preserve the planet.

Compatibility:

Eco-BlocksTM have been tested and found to be compatible with glazing and insulated glass (IG) sealants. Please contact LAMATEK for specific test information.

Application:

A minimum of two Eco-BlocksTM should be placed on each edge of the sash, serving to distribute weight evenly. The dimensions of the setting block are determined by the width and length of the IG unit. Larger panes require larger blocks. The gauge (thickness) of the setting blocks should be consistent on all four sides of the sash in order to promote even displacement.

Put-up:

LAMATEK's Eco-BlocksTM are supplied with or without adhesive kiss-cut on 3” cores.Eco-BlocksTM are also available without adhesive, die-cut and bulk packaged in cartons. Rolls are typically 12” in diameter, 13” in height, and weigh 55 lbs on average.
