NextFLASH® Flashing tape by Adchem is a clean, easy to use co-extruded Polyethylene all purpose flashing tape. NextFLASH® window flashing tape provides a water tight seal around windows, doors, roof openings, decks, ledger boards, drip caps, sills and all other openings of the building envelope. Available in 4", 6" and 9" widths for versatile application.

Description:

NextFLASH® tape is laminated with a durable acrylic adhesive on one side and an easy to remove blue polypropylene liner. Rolls are supplied in 75' lengths.

Application:

Easy to use flashing system that won't get messy or difficult to manage in higher temperature applications. Doesn't require any primers to install. Simply peel from the release liner, press into place and assemble as normal. See our Flashing Tape Installation Guide for more information.

Put-up:

NextFlash® flashing tape is supplied in rolls and packaged in cartons. Can be die-cut for round top windows and doors.

Sealant Compatibility Testing:

The NextFlash® system has been through extensive sealant compatibility tests and demonstrates near universal sealant compatibility in AAMA 713-08 testing. NextFlash® Flashing Tape has been tested for the following:
