| On November 21st, LAMATEK''s own Die-Maker, Drew Gilmore, organized a team of volunteers to clean the pond at the entrance to Forest Park Corporate Center (LAMATEK''s home). 5K for the Holiday |

| LAMATEK''S own Steve Tice, Shawn Newman, and Thanh Tran battled it out in the annual 5K for the holiday. It was a cold December morning but that did not deter these brave warriors. They braved the cold to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. Steve lead the way with a time of 22:53, Thanh was not far behind, and Shawn came in right behind Santa Claus. LAMATEK''S CSR Frani Hagenkotter also donated to the cause but could not run since she was about to have a new baby. |
Family Service 5K run |

| LAMATEK''S Plant Manager Steve Tice and New Product Designer Shawn Newman ran in the annual Family Service 5K run. The run benefits foster children in the state of New Jersey. Steve just barely beat Shawn by about 4 minutes. Better luck next year Shawn. |

| LAMATEK'S Plant Manager Steve Tice on the right and Tool and Die Maker Drew Gilmore on the left battled it out till the finish in the annual Riverton 5K run on the 4th of July. The race raises funds for the local comunity activities for the day. Drew did win by a second but in all fairness Steve was laughing because he caught a glimse of Drew's face. Drew and Steve have a rematch planned for this years race. Come out and join them if you can. |

| On Friday May 4th LAMATEK''S President Bob Carlson and his two lucky employees Plant Manager Steve Tice and Fenestration Account Manager Janine Clauss were hard at work on the golf course playing a round with Lou Falletta from Adchem. The event benefits the YMCA of Middletown Delaware. It raises money so local children can attend summer camp at the YMCA. This was Bob''s first round of competitive golf. We were all very lucky that it was a scramble. |
2007 5k and 10K run for MS |

| LAMATEK''S Plant Manager Steve Tice and his wife Christine ran the 5k and 10k run for MS. Steve finished 4th overall and 1st in the 20-29 age group in the 5k with a time of 22.00 min. Christine finished 2nd overall in the 10k with a time of 48.50 min. Steve and Christine raised $225.00 for the event.

| LAMATEKs own, Laura Basara, just returned from a week long volunteer effort for Noah''s Wish. Laura, and thousands of other volunteers, were stationed in Slidell, LA helping animals left stray by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, providing medical assistance, adoption services and re-united lost pets with their owners. Noah''s Wish is a non-profit organization created specifically to provide aid to animals during crisis situations. |

| The American Red Cross is in need of donations to help the needy left behind by Hurricane Katrina which pummeled the Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf Coast and Hurricane Rita, which hit eastern Texas and Southwestern Louisiana.
